What printing method do you use?
We use Heidelberg 5-colour offset printing —the gold standard for high-volume, colour-accurate packaging. Combined with our Heidelberg Suprasetter plate-making system, we deliver sharp, vibrant results on every order. Offset printing gives significantly better colour consistency and cost efficiency at volume compared to digital printing.
What is the difference between a folding carton and a rigid box?
Folding cartons (paperboard boxes) are flat-packed and self-assembled —ideal for high-volume orders at competitive prices. We specialise in these. Rigid boxes are pre-assembled, sturdier, and used for luxury goods —they cost significantly more per unit. For most FMCG, food, and cosmetic brands, folding cartons deliver the best value.
What finishing options are available for custom packaging?
We offer: gloss or matte lamination, spot UV coating, hot foil stamping, embossing / debossing, and precision die-cutting. These finishing options add a premium look and feel that elevates your product on the shelf. Contact us for samples.
